We want you to be completely satisfied with your Oree LITE purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You may return any Oree LITE product within 30 days of the delivery date — whether the product is opened or unopened. We accept returns on used devices provided they are defective or not as described.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label (US orders).
- Ship the item back in its original or comparable packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank or payment provider (typically 3–10 business days after we initiate the refund).
Restocking Fee
We charge no restocking fee. Your satisfaction is more important than administrative overhead.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your device is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
- We will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
- Photos of the defect may be requested to expedite processing.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). Return shipping is covered by Beoree for defective items via our prepaid label program.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items that have been modified, tampered with, or damaged by misuse.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different SKU (Calm / Energy / Chill), please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
